Your WSNA team of regis­tered nurses met on Tuesday, March 5 with the Evergreen admin­is­tra­tion and manage­ment for our 11th contract bargaining session.

Both teams exchanged proposals and we made signif­i­cant movement in order to achieve employer buy-in. Unfor­tu­nately, we made no tenta­tive agree­ments and remain highly divided on wages and other areas that are very impor­tant to our team.

Our next meeting is set for Tuesday, March 12. We will look to see movement from the employer towards recog­nizing the value of regis­tered nurses at EvergreenHealth.

We will keep you posted of any advance­ments we are able to make and poten­tial actions needing to be taken moving forward.

We value all of the ongoing input and will strive to capture the contract you deserve.
